Answer: 1 min

Explanation:

So when Shaundra spends $1.70 for the first 3 minutes, her remaining money decreases to $2.50

Then take that remaining money $2.50 and divide it by the cost per minute $0.25

$2.50/$0.25 = 10 minutes

Then add the first 3 minutes you got to the 10 minutes and your answer is 13 minutes
