If we model the data using a linear equation (this is also called a best-fit line) we will see that almost all the points will be in the vicinity of that line

The only point that is nowhere near the others is the point at (8, 8200)

I cannot establish the price with 100% accuracy. Since there are 5 gridlines separating each of the value in 100s, each grid division is 200

The point seems to lie between 8000 and the next grid value of 8200 but appears closer to 8200 so I assume it is 8200 . Maybe 8100, it is difficult to see. I would just go with 8200 with an explanation
