The perimeter is 66 and the length is 3ft longer than the width. The width is w and the length is 2(3+w).
For width:
66 = 2w + 2(3+w)
66 = 2w + 6 + 2w
60 = 2w + 2w
60 = 4w
15 = width
For length:
3 + 15 = 18
The length is 18 and the width is 15
