becomes a liquid.

Step-by-step explanation:

before the ice cream was removed the temperature of its surroundings was very low to keep the particles of the ice cream packed together, however. when you take it out, the temp of its surroundings changes which is 25 at room temp, as you leave it for sometime the ice cream starts to melt from the change of heat. Particles of ice cream start to vibrate faster and faster and get separated but still a little close to form a liquid and be able to take the shape of any container, (it was a solid transformed to a liquid because of heat increase).
