Area = 130 ft^2

Explanation:

Area =length * width

Perimeter = 2(L + W)

L=3+x

W= x

Perimeter= 2(3+x+x) =2(3 +2x)=6+4x=46 so x=10

L=3 +10= 13

W= 10

Area = 13* 10 130
