what is feedback ?

Feedback is an event that occurs when the output of a system is used as input back into the system as part of a chain of cause and effect. In the case of a system which requires knowledge of the output in order to improve or deliver on a specific output, then feedback is essential and good.

Element of feedback

The Feedback element feeds back information on the present state of the system. Due to the fact that the Feedback element is always reading the present state of the system, the feedback element has the basic characteristic of always being in a 'dynamic' state.

basic elements of feedback system

A feedback control system consists of five basic components:

(1) input

(2) process being controlled

(3) output

(4) sensing elements, and

(5) controller and actuating devices.

Hope it helps

Have a nice day dear : )
