Explanation:

The graph is indeed cubic and because y is 0 at 3 that means the graph is shifted to the right 3 units, so to write that as an equation we put -3 in the parentheses with the x. Also because it's a cubic graph the domain and range is infinite. If you read the statement above the chart it says a continuous graph. the chart is there to help identify the type of graph not to identify the domain and range
