62,63,64
The consecutive integers are x,x+1,x+2
X+(X+1)+(x+2)=189
3x+3=189
3x=189-3
3x=186
Divide both side by 3
X=62
X+1=62+1=63
X+2=62+2=64
Therefore , the three consecutive numbers are 62,63&64
