Print

Advantages:

- Can be easily accessed by anyone whether they be deaf or not, and it can be translated to braille if the person reading it is blind.

- Documents can be traced easily with artificial intelligence that can be used to find specific dates, names, words or phrases.

Disadvantages:

- Can be manipulated or changed easily. People can easily photoshop or edit documents with little effort.

- Documents can be misinterpreted easily. Text is rather monotonous as opposed to verbal speech.

Video:

Advantages:

- It's footage. People are more likely to believe something if they see it. When trying to solve a legal case, for example, video evidence is very straight forward and easy to piece together. No questions asked, if someone is accused of something and there is a clear cut video of them doing it, it is much easier for them to be held accountable of it.

- It provides clear detail since it is right in front of you, you do not have to use your imagination. You can hear the tone of people that are speaking, rather than print which is monotonous unless exclamation points are used to accentuate certain words or phrases.

Disadvantages:

- It can also be manipulated with modern technology, but it takes a lot more skill as compared to a printed document that can be forged simply.

- Video quality can be compressed and end up grainy, the audio can get messed up easily if not handled correctly.
