Answer:

f( - 1) = - 2

Explanation:

$f(x) = - 6 {x}^(2) + 3x + 7 \\ f( - 1) = - 6 {( - 1)}^(2) + 3( - 1) + 7 \\ = - 6(1) + ( - 3) + 7 \\ = - 6 - 3 + 7 \\ = - 2$
