Differences between prokaryotes and eukaryotes:
Organelles
Prokaryotes do not have membrane- bound organelles.
Eukaryotes contain membrane-bound cell organelles.
Nuclear membrane, nucleus and DNA
Prokaryotes do not have a well-defined nuclear membrane. The coiled DNA particles lies naked in the cytoplasm. Such a structure is called nucleoid or incipient nucleus.
Eukaryotes have a well-defined nuclear membrane around the nucleus within which the DNA lies.
Examples
Prokaryotic cell example : Bacteria
Eukaryotic cell example : Cheek cell
Hope it helps
