Answer:

y = x + 6

Explanation:

m = gradient

m = rise / run = 4/4 = 1

m = 1

c = y intercept at x = 0

c = 6

now sub into y = mx+c

y = x + 6

you dont need to write the 1 in front of the x becuase 1 x X is the same as just X
