I agree. nanners are only 3% soluable fiber.

considering it is mostly a starchy fruit, it has more carbs than fiber..note= apples, green veggies are more soluble re. fiber.

fresh fruits & vegetables are always suggested 4 higher fiber content.

A banana has insoluble fiber, but only about two to three grams of both kinds total.
