Surface area of the cylinder

= 2\pi{r}^(2) + 2\pi{r}h

= 2\pi {8}^(2) + 2\pi(8)(15)

= 128\pi + 240\pi

= 368\pi

= 368× 3.14

= 1155.52

Surface area of cylinder is: 2пrh+2пr^2

So (2*п*8*15)+(2*п*r^2)

Which equals 368п
