- take a screenshot of the problem (or more then 1 screenshot, up to 5 last i seen) and post it with the question, i don't know about mobile or Mac but for windows 10 (on most keyboards0 you can click PrtSc (Print Screen) which will save your screen as a pic in your clipboard which you can then put in a photo editing software by pasting it onto the canvas

- type out a description of the problem to try and convey what it is you need solved, don't forget its ok to ask for a pic for reference ^^
