Divisor: -0.02
Quotient: 18.5

The dividend is -0.3675. Since the thousandth place is already above 5, you round it up to -0.37.

The divisor is -0.015. Since the thousandth place is 5, you round it up to -0.02.

For the quotient you divide -0.37 by -0.02 and get 18.5. (You can use a calculator or long division.)
