Given,

M < N

Such that M = N - 11,

B < C,

Such that, B = C - 11,

M < B,

⇒ M < B < C,

Thus, there is the less information to compare the height of Nancy and Chad.

If M = B,

Then M = C - 11 ⇒ C = M + 11

But N = M + 11

⇒ C = N

So, if Maria and Brad are the same height then the height of Nancy and Chad will same.
