Using slope intercept form, we can solve for the slope first:

22 - 2/11-1

20/10, or 2 in reduced form, is our slope.

Now that we have the slope, we can refer to any of the ordered pairs to identify b:

y = mx + b

Let’s plug in our answer:

22 = 2(11) + b

22 = 22 + b

Because 22 = 22, our initial value is 0. Hence, b = 0.

Our equation is y = 2x or y = 2x + 0; either of these equations verifies the answer.
