How might we keep the environment clean? One way to keep the environment clean would be to stop using single use plastic. This can be water bottles, plastic bags, plastic wrap and more. Often, single use plastics will make its way into the ocean or affect wildlife. Plastic does not belong in nature. The average person drinks about 4 water bottles a day, that’s 1,460 plastic bottles a year. This is bad for the environment since it takes years and years to break down. If you wanted to be more eco friendly you could use reusable bags, bottles, wraps. If you do use a single use a single use item, it would be best if it was biodegradable, meaning it will not harm the earth and can break down in months rather than take centuries, like plastic does. This is only one idea of many, but no matter what it is important to take care of the Earth, since it is the only one we have.
