Explanation:

When we add fractions, if we have diffrent bottom numbers, we round them up to the smallest number we can multiply them with so that we can get the same bottom number. After we get the same bottom number, we calculate the top numbers like normal. In this task, we need to mutliply 3/4 with 5 and 7/10 with 2. 4x5 is 20 so thats our new bottom number, and 3x5 is 15 and thats our new top number of the first fraction, so our new first fraction is 15/20. 10x2 is 20 so we now have the same bottom number as in the first fraction, and 7x2 is 14 and this is our new too number. Now we have 15/20 + 14/20. Our result is 29/20 or 1 whole and 9/20
