Answer:

the inequality is y>2x+1

I figured this out because watching the video showed me how to find the slope I first found my y-axis point then went down, knowing the symbol would be < I kept that in mind when I went to look for my x-axis after that put the two points into slope-intercept formula.

Leon had to buy fences, 1 yard fences would be 2$. He had to buy more yards of fences than the total he was looking for. the y-axis would be how much he spent and the x-axis would be the yards for the fences.
