True or False: On the Summer solstice at noon, a flagpole has no shadow

While the sun may be highest up / etc things still have shadows and this is a misconception :O

True or False: The Sun rises in the northeast compass direction during late spring and summer.

We all know the "sun rises in the east and sets in the west," but this is more of a generalization and only happens two days of the year.

(I think this is true, the wording slightly confused me, but yes, the sun is more northeast than east at certain times of the year)
