A parallelogram has two pairs of opposite equal angles.
ABCD so
A = C and B = D

A = 2x + 35
C = 3x - 5

2x + 35 = 3x - 5
35 + 5 = 3x - 2x
40 = x

A = (2 x 40) + 35 = 115
A = C = 115

Sum of angles of a quadrilateral = 360

Angles B and D are equal
So
B = (360 - (115 + 115))/ 2
= 130/2
= 65

B = D = 65
