Coalition governments are very slippery to deal with.. For a coalitionto last and flourish there must be a strong point of consensus from which the parties sharing power draw gratification and interest. Short of this, there is serious trouble.
So the major problem among many that could arise is untimely dissagreement which is an immediate result of the lack of consensus as I said above. Most coalition governments are borne to very heated political contestations that germinate into serious irreversible political conflicts and so the only option is for worrying parties to agree to a power sharing I.e coalition. At this point, the parties (now working together) are bound to disagree at any time since they originate from parallel political divides, meaning they don’t share the same ideological sentiments. But remember they are both/all working together to give life to the same leadership they share. So without a strongly instituted consensus among parties, coalition governments are a pain in the lungs.
