If you look at the diagram, you can see that height (h) is 8cm and the radius (r) is 3cm (it shows the diameter is 6cm. Divided by 2 is 3cm).

We can substitue these values into the equation and we get:


V = 3.14(3)^(2)((8)/(3) )

According to BEDMAS, we do exponents first.


V = 3.14 (9) ((8)/(3))

Then, with a scientific calculator (you can use DESMOS scientific calculator online) we can multiply these three values together.
