In 1991 Soviet Union was dissolved and the fifteen new independent nation that rose to power were Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
