I can somewhat help.
Emma drank 25% of her drink in 1/10 of an hour
There’s 60 minutes in an hour.
60 divided by 10 is 6.
It took her 6 minutes to drink 25%

25x4 is 100 so to find how long it’ll take her to drink the full drink we have to multiply 6 by 4 which is 24.

1/4 of the drink is finished in 6 minutes
4/4 of the drink is finished in 24 minutes

⚠️It will take her 24 minutes to drink the full milkshake⚠️

Now I don’t know how to write the ratio but if you do it should be something along the lines of for every 1/4 milk shake it takes Emma 6 minutes.
