Answer:

47.32 in^2

Explanation:

Area rectangle = 21cm * 10.5cm = 220.5 cm^2

Area circle = pi*r^2

= Pi * 5.25^2

=( 86.59 in^2 )*2

= 173.18 in^2

Shaded region. 220.5 - 173.18 = 47.32 in^2
