We are using Pythagorean theorem to find the diameter as the given triangle is right angle triangle.

Hypotenuse² = base² + altitude²

= 3² + 4²

= 9 + 16

= 25

Hypotenuse = √25

d = 5 m

Circumference of circle = πd

= 3.14 * 5

= 15.7 m

r = 5 ÷2 = 2.5 m

Area of circle = πr²

= 3.14 * 2.5 *2.5

= 19.625 m²
