F = -K x for spring

ω = (K/m)^1/2

ω^2 = K / m

K = m ω^2 = m (2 π f)^2 = m 4 π^2 / P^2

K = 4 π^2 m / P^2

F = K x = x * 4 π^2 m / P^2

F = .15 * 4 * π^2 * 15 / .25^2

F = 1420 N
