Answer: in the 4th quadrant

Explanation:

it needs to be in y=mx+b (slope form) so it would be

  • -y=-1/2x+2
  • then divide everything by -1
  • which is y=1/2 -2
  • b=-2 m=1/2
  • if you were to graph it, the line would be in the 4th quadrant
