Answer:

Genes in coupling configuration have two wild-type alleaes on one homologous chromosomes and two mutant alleles on the other.

Genes in replusion have a wild-type alleaes of one gene together with the mutant alleles of the second gene on one homologous chromosomes and vice versa.
