Finding out the opposite of a nonzero integer is easy (the number zero doesn't have an opposite, so that's why it's not included). It's simply a matter of adding or removing a negative sign.

The opposite of 4 is -4.

The opposite of -20 is 20.

The opposite of 256 is -256

And so on.
