Brain drain LITERALLY means that smart people are leaving. This means that people are less educated, and especially with women (since they are the ones reproducing) women do not recognize their reproductive rights. They do not have enough education, and in the end, will end up having multiple kids. Education for women should be more widely available to slow population growth, and more women in the workforce would also help with the economy.
