Answer: W = 8 yd, L = 24 yd

Explanation:

L = 3W

P = 2(L+W)

= 2(3W+W)

= 2(4W)

= 8W

W = P/8 = 64/8 = 8 yd

L = 3W = 3(8) = 24 yd
