A piece of work takes 20 labourers to complete in 10 days. how many labourers will complete the same job in 25 days if they work at the same rate?​

Explanation:

If 20 labourers=10 days

x labourers = 25 days

10x= 25×20


(10x)/(10) = (25 * 20)/(10)

Cancelling out by 10 on both sides


x = (25 * 2)/(1) \\ x = 50

Therefore, it takes 50 labourers to complete the work at the same rate in 25 days.
