Explanation:

Sum of supplementary angle = 180⁰

2x + 12 + 7x - 3 = 180

9x + 9 = 180

9x = 180 - 7

9x = 171

x = 171/9

x = 19

m<3 = 7(19) - 3 = 133 - 3 = 130⁰

m<4 = 2(19) + 12 = 50⁰
