  • Diploids means a pair of chromosomes of any cells.
  • As chromosomes are found in nucleus .
  • Diploid has denoted as 2n chromosomes.
  • The opposite of it is haploid varies n only.

eg:-

  • Human cells have 46chromoses .
  • Hence humans have 23diploids .
