The Answer is C) 2, -6

Explanation:

Look at the graph as you can see there is only one solution to that graph and on the line intersected there is one point which that would be 2, -6.

Note: Understand that when asking about the point or something else look for the lines intersected each other then you could find your answer. If there is only one line then it is infinite solutions but if the lines don't intersect then it is a no solution.
