Answer:

x = 13

Explanation:

A linear pair of angles sum to 180° , then

2x + 9 + 10x + 15 = 180 , that is

12x + 24 = 180 ( subtract 24 from both sides )

12x = 156 ( divide both sides by 12 )

x = 13
