Explanation:

Midpoint = (x1 + x2)/2,(y1 + y2)/2

x1 = 2

x2 = - 4

y1 = 5

y2 = 3

midpoint = (2 - 4)/2,(5 + 3)/2

midpoint = -2/2, 8/2

midpoint = -1,4

-1 for x puts you in quad 2 or 3

4 for y puts you in quad 2 because you are going up.

The final answer is in quad 2
