I am pretty sure it is 19. This is because if x=4 and when you replace x with its true value you get the equation 4 squared + 3 = 19.

Answer:

19

Explanation:

g(x) = x^2 +3

substituing x for 4,

g(4) = 4^2 + 3

g(4) = 16 + 3

g(4) = 19
