11 kilometers per hour
Make 47⅔ and 4⅓ into improper fractions and divide
143/3 ÷ 13/3
Turn it into a multiplication problem and flip 13/3
143/3 × 3/13
Multiply across
429/39
Now divide the fraction
429 ÷ 39 = 11
Hope this helps you!!
