Answer: a = 1.25, b = 2.5, c = 1.25

Explanation:

Use vertex form and substitute a point into it (1, 5)

5 = a(1 + 1)^2 + 0

5 = a(2)^2 + 0

5 = 4a

a = 5/4

y = 5/4 (x + 1)^2

y = 5/4 (x^2 + 2x + 1)

1.25 x^2 + 2.5x + 5/4

Is there a "c" value otherwise it's not possible
