Number of children = 1000

Number of adults = 75% of 1000 = 750

Cost of child ticket = 75% of x = 0.75x

Cost of 750 adult ticket = 750x

Cost of 1000 children ticket = 1000 * 0.75x = 750x

750x + 750x = 27000

1500x = 27000

x = 27000/1500
