b. solve for Vo


vf ^(2) = vo^(2) + 2a(xf - xo) \\ vf ^(2) = vo ^(2) + 2axf - 2axo\\ vo ^(2) = vf ^(2) - 2axf + 2axo \\ vo = \sqrt{vf ^(2) - 2axf + 2axo } \\ vo = - \sqrt{vf^(2) - 2axf + 2axo }
