Answer:

y = -3x+9

Explanation:

Parallel lines have the same slope

y = -3x+2

This is in slope intercept form where y =mx+b where m is the slope

The slope is -3

y = -3x+b

Using the point (2,3)

3 = -3(2)+b

3 = -6+b

Add 6 to each side

3+6 = b

9=b

y = -3x+9
