\text{productivity} while
\text{reducing the costs}. Some of the metrics that includes the process efficiency, the work force productivity, ratio of the productivity hours to the total hours, etc.

Safety of the employees is critical for the productivity as the lesser number of accidents at the workplace. It is given that higher the manhour at work, it will increases its productivity.
