Answer: -3, -14

Explanation:

You can see that from 21 to 18 the difference is -3

18 to 13 is -5

13-6 is -7

See the pattern yet? The difference of the numbers are subtracted by 2 again.

-3, -5, -7, then it's -9. then -11

So 6+(-9) = -3

-3+(-11) = -14
