It symbolizes a girl holding a hand fan which is also like a feather. and it also seems like a drawing/picture from 80s-90s. And seems like an royal female lady. With a hair bun a fancy shirt/dress.



Story-
I think she is taking a picture or posing for paint. I believe that she is someone from a royal family. Because of her style and her fashion. And green background is mostly used in 80s-90s which seems like it was popular.
